This is the easiest way to get your business on the road to growth and efficiency with the help of automation tools.

Sign up for the Jump Start if:

  • You are not sure where to start with picking software and tools (we’ll recommend tools that work for our clients).
  • You need a basic website (WordPress, hosted by us) including up to two landing pages.
  • You need some help with a couple of campaigns.
  • You need to achieve up to two basic goals in your campaigns.
  • You need someone to build the campaigns for you.
  • You need to migrate data from your existing system to ONTRAPort or ActiveCampaign.
  • Your annual revenue is at least $300,000.

The Jump Start is not for you if:

  • You have more than two basic goals you want to achieve.
  • You have more complicated goals you want to achieve.
  • Your need integration via APIs done.
  • Your annual revenue is less than $300,000.

What happens during the Jump Start?

We start by working with you to identify and prioritise your goals and the reason these matter to your business.

We then identify, agree and focus on your top two goals.

Next, we take each goal and step through a process of clarifying the problem, identifying a range of possible solutions and then selecting the best solution.

While clarifying the problem we will work together to identify what has prevented you from achieving each goal up until now.

Once we are clear on the problem for a goal, we’ll list a range of possible solutions that could be used to achieve the goal.

The last step is to help you choose the most suitable solution, and begin to map out what this looks like.

At this point, we’ll take the solutions we’ve agreed on and drill down to get more detail on the actions and tasks that need to happen at each step. We also make a list of any content and other assets that will be needed to build the solution.

Once we’ve walked through both solutions and made a list of all the steps and content we’ll need, we talk about landing pages for your website. The landing pages will support the goals we have previously identified and generally contain a call to action and a form to gather information (e.g. name and email address) from potential customers. These landing pages will be used to capture leads into your marketing automation system.

By now we’ll have a list of content requirements such as words for marketing emails, About Us and Homepage content for the website. We’ll ask you to create the required content (or we can quote for copywriting if you don’t want to do it) and agree on timelines for when the content is required.

While you are creating the required content, we’ll be building your website and campaigns. We’ll have regular check-ins and we like to use Teamwork to manage the tasks and timelines.

This depends on the goal we agree on. It might be a single big campaign, or it may be several smaller campaigns. It may also depend on the marketing automation tool we end up recommending for you.

We will build a WordPress website with up to two landing pages, an About Us page, a Contact Us page and a basic Home page. We use high quality and widely used plugins to build the pages and keep your website secure and running smoothly.

You will be required to provide content for some of the pages (see the process description above) or we can quote for copywriting if you don’t want to do it.

We are also happy to quote for more complex and custom WordPress sites, if you’d like us to.

We only host our WordPress sites on WPEngine. They know WordPress and do a great job of keeping your website running as well as possible.

Yes, we can do the interviews and discussions with you remotely. We will agree times to call and you will be expected to make yourself available for the agreed times. If you are in Auckland, New Zealand we can come to your office. Other parts of New Zealand we can work something out.

This can vary but typically between two weeks and a month, depending on how long it takes to create the required content. We’ll agree timelines once we’ve identified goals and solutions.

Yes, if we are hosting your website there is a $100 per month hosting fee.

Also, you are responsible for any ongoing subscription costs for the automation software (e.g. ONTRAPORT, ActiveCampaign etc.)

If you would like us to provide other services on an ongoing basis we have support and engagement plans starting from $1,000 per month.
